Have not received lithograph

I am still waiting for my lithograph after a month. I know that the signed ones were supposed to come 2-3 weeks later, but I am wondering if anyone else has this problem as well.

I have not received the free Flaming Lips rock t-shirt
On November 7th 2009, I placed the order for Embryonic Deluxe but I never received my t-shirt.
I sent 3 or 4 emails to the Warner Bros Store (wbr@b3custserv.com) but nobody replied.
This is really a bad shopping experience with these people.
Can someone help?

I suppose we are in a similar position. I'm still waiting for my lithograph though. I have been unable to get any help or advice, so best of luck.
As far as the signed ones, my guess is that Warners isn't sending them until every deluxe package is sold, in fairness to everyone who purchases that version. However, I do not know their policies on such things. I am curious if there will be a cut-off date. I am also wondering about the 10 lucky NYE tickets. Wait and see, and hope for the best :)
