I agree the Cox center is a larger venue and those tickets were $25 that doesn't make sense, sounds misleading.

I couldn't track down the price on the ticket site.
We decided to leave the planet. It seemed like a good idea at the time. We left right after breakfast; we wanted to be first in line. Nov 23, 2011 - 8:31pm

I had to email the company to get the price info.

There's still a special guest *TBA* to the bill as well. Could be Stardeath or any of the band's the group has collaborated with over the last year. I'm sure it will be announced well before the date of the show.
The Plastic Ono Band which currently includes Sean Lennon is notorious for having a rotating lineup with a range of artists from Eric Clapton to Sonic Youth to Lady Gaga. Being that this is a NYE performance, I'm sure they will have something cooked up.

It would be cool if the Lips were the Plastic Ono Band for this.

Only 1500 seats available this year for New Years Eve Freakout!!!! Every seat is general admission and every seat is a great seat!!!!
Tickets are $100 per night or $150 if you by a ticket for both nights!! All ticket buyers get into the afterparty at the Womb!!!
The Flaming Lips with Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band will each do a performance!! At midnight Yoko Ono will sing War Is Over... Have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year with the Flaming Lips!! Neon Indian will perform on the night of Jan. 1 st!! And another cool band Will open on New Years Eve!!! In honor of our fantastical guests The Flaming Lips will perform some classic cover songs with Sean Lennon and members of Tha Plastic Ono Band which include the great Nels Cline!! The new venue The Coca Cola events Center in Bricktown is a much cooler venue than the old Cox Center which became increasingly less accommodating to the beautiful Flaming Lips Fans.. their is easy parking and cheap but very good drink and food vending!!! The after party at the Womb will go till sunrise and will feature naked movies inside the Womb room and New Fumes from Dallas doing paranoid soundscapes and Star Death and White Dwarfs playing an electric sunrise interpretation of Mahler's 9th Symphony!!!

Gonna party it up and expand my mind...good ties are ahead.
