Heady fwends scratched

I can't be the only one who has a copy that is scratched. So far I've bought 3 copies have yet to find one that actually plays. Anybody else have this problem.

I bought two copies, but i've only played one. All four sides seems perfect. I've read about warping problems but yours is the first post i've seen about scratches.

Mine has a one inch strip of some kind of black gunk that causes the beginning of side 4 to scratch loudly and skip through the first minute or so of the Erykah Badu track.
