Like some other posters, I purchased my tickets (for the Philly show) via LiveNation. I didn't receive any Promotional Code with my ticket purchase. I've attempted to contact LiveNation via their customer support phone line and email, but have yet to hear back from them. Real shocker there. Has anyone had any success getting there download code from LiveNation?

I purchasd my tickets at a Ticketmaster outlet rather than online.
Did I just screw myself out of the downloads?
Are the access codes on the tickets themselves...help?!

I will be going to see the Flips in Glasgow, but I will be going as a guest. How do I get hold of the downloads?

Should the ticket sales specify...with Music Bundle without Music Bundle? I just wanted to make sure I picked up the tickets asap. and I figured the downloads would just be included regardless. how will we know?

OK, here's the deal. Type in all of the characters from scratch to get the code to work. No cut/paste. Use lowercase letters. Then it will work fine. Hope this helps those having trouble.

My Internet Codes didn't work either. I received the codes via email from Ticketmaster in upper case and had been cutting and pasting the code. I tried several times to get the songs and I kept on being rejected. Finally I decided to re-type the code with the letters in lower case and this worked. I don't know when the B sides will be made available though.

The Flaming Lips - The Troxy/London - Wednesday 11 Nov 2009

So this was pretty much a shambles ....

1. Shamble 1 : The UK thought it would sell a bunch of artists all on the same day at the same time... so pixies,kasibian, etc at the same time as the lips...

So most sites give you a BUSY - which was suprising as it was decent sellers like seetickets, etc...

2. Shamble 2 : Ticket resellers seem to struggle with the new london venue (troxy) as its has had only 3/4 gigs so far... ie. ticketmaster says tickets are availble you select all options with between 1 and 4 tickets and it cant find any...so you cant find 1 ticket, but they are onsale... weird...

3. Shamble 3 : Digital download options was AFAIK only available on one website called Gigantic.com. The rest : seetickets, ticketmaster, stargreen, etc didnt give you the option of a ticket+digital download. very poor.

So gigantic thanks to your website for having that option - but you lose creditiability by not replacing the error messages when your website was timing out - looked very amateur and your running a high capacity website on MS IIS oh lordy...

ok so ive got tickets (well ive been emailed tell me that ive purchased em but ive had ticket sellers do that then yank em back) so until they are in my hands ill not sleep :)
