We are in Hasselt, Belgium...not far from the festival site. Later tonight we will load in the video wall, so it's kind of a work day but not 'till later. So lunch is: Beer, olives, Flemish stew and Fries for dessert at one of the many eateries in the town square.

Chris and I were lucky enough to sneak in just before Taste of India closed after getting back from Load in Part 1.

Blue Cheese Snack

August 17, 2010 Travel Day St Malo to Hasselt, Belgium. Day off on the bus. Breakfast from a bakery around the corner from the hotel. Croissants fresh out of the oven! Chocolate filled croissant...beignets filled with chocolate and raspberry. Maybe the best I've ever had.

Salami, 3 different Blue cheeses, French butter, olive oil and bread. I don't know what the French do different with their bread...but it is so good!!!!!
